目的：探讨中西医结合护理在拇指再造手术患者治疗中的重要性。方法：对17例足趾组合移植拇指再造术患者采取了针对性的观察和护理。结果：17例患者再造拇指全部成活，无1例并发症发生。结论：根据患者围手术期各阶段病情变化，给予了及时、有效、针对性的观察、中西医护理和健康指导，使再造指全部成活，功能恢复良好，取得了满意的治疗效果。
목적：탐토중서의결합호리재무지재조수술환자치료중적중요성。방법：대17례족지조합이식무지재조술환자채취료침대성적관찰화호리。결과：17례환자재조무지전부성활，무1례병발증발생。결론：근거환자위수술기각계단병정변화，급여료급시、유효、침대성적관찰、중서의호리화건강지도，사재조지전부성활，공능회복량호，취득료만의적치료효과。
Objective: To explore the importance of TCM and Western medicine in nursing care of patients undergoing thumb reconstruction operation. Methods: 17 cases of thumb reconstruction were specially observed and nursed. Results:17 reconstructed thumbs were all survived, no complications occurred in any patients. Con-clusion: The timely, effective, and targeted observation given according to patients condition in various stages of operation period,TCM and Western medical nursing and health guidance ensure the survival of the reconstructed finger, with well functional recovery, and satisfactory curative effect.
