目的：观察葆青颗粒治疗绝经前后诸证的临床疗效。方法：将符合标准的患者75例，随机分为治疗组（葆青颗粒组）41例、对照组（尼尔雌醇组）34例，观察2组药物对患者症状的改善情况。结果：治疗组治疗前后各症状Kupperman评分比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗后两组间对比，治疗组与对照组对潮热、失眠、眩晕的改善差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗组与对照组对泌尿系统的改善差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，其它症状差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组和对照组疗效比较，治疗组总显效率90%，对照组总显效率94%，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05)；2组副反应比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：葆青颗粒对绝经前后诸证各症状的改善均有显著疗效；在潮热、失眠、眩晕方面，优于尼尔雌醇；对泌尿系统的症状改善上尼尔雌醇效果更好；另外，尼尔雌醇副反应更大。由此，葆青颗粒可作为绝经前后诸证妇女选择的一剂良药。
목적：관찰보청과립치료절경전후제증적림상료효。방법：장부합표준적환자75례，수궤분위치료조（보청과립조）41례、대조조（니이자순조）34례，관찰2조약물대환자증상적개선정황。결과：치료조치료전후각증상Kupperman평분비교균유통계학의의(P<0.05)；치료후량조간대비，치료조여대조조대조열、실면、현훈적개선차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；치료조여대조조대비뇨계통적개선차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)，기타증상차이몰유통계학의의(P>0.05)。치료조화대조조료효비교，치료조총현효솔90%，대조조총현효솔94%，차이무통계학의의（P>0.05)；2조부반응비교，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론：보청과립대절경전후제증각증상적개선균유현저료효；재조열、실면、현훈방면，우우니이자순；대비뇨계통적증상개선상니이자순효과경호；령외，니이자순부반응경대。유차，보청과립가작위절경전후제증부녀선택적일제량약。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Baoqing granules on menopausal syndromes. Methods: 75 cases were randomized into the control group with 34 cases and the treatment group with 41 cases. Treatment group was given Baoqing granules, while control group was given nilestriol .The symptoms were ob-served pre-treatment and post-treatment. Results:In the treatment group before and after treatment, the Kupper-man scores of all symptoms were significantly different (P < 0.05). After treatment, hot flashes, insomnia,and dizziness in both groups were significant milder (P<0.05);the symptoms of the urinary system were significantly better too (P< 0.05);the other symptoms had no significant difference (P> 0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment and control group was 90% and 94%, there was no significant difference (P> 0.05). The adverse reac-tions of the control group were more serious (P< 0.05). Conclusion: Baoqing granules have obvious therapeutic effect on all symptoms of menopausal syndromes,especially on hot flashes, insomnia, and dizziness. Nilestriol has better therapeutic effect on urinary system,but with more side reactions. Baoqing granules is the choice medicine for women with menopausal syndromes.
