目的：观察扶正颗粒对中晚期非小细胞肺癌化疗后生活质量及免疫功能的影响。方法：103例中晚期非小细胞肺癌化疗后的病人随机分为2组,治疗组(扶正颗粒联合化疗）51例,对照组（单纯化疗）52例。观察2组治疗前后KPS评分、体重及T淋巴细胞亚群指标的变化。结果：治疗组患者CD3T细胞总数、CD4/CD8细胞比值升高,KPS评分及体重明显升高；而对照组化疗后患者CD3T细胞数和CD4/CD8比值下降,KPS评分及体重下降。结论：扶正颗粒辅助化疗可提高中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的免疫功能和生活质量,值得进一步临床观察。
목적：관찰부정과립대중만기비소세포폐암화료후생활질량급면역공능적영향。방법：103례중만기비소세포폐암화료후적병인수궤분위2조,치료조(부정과립연합화료）51례,대조조（단순화료）52례。관찰2조치료전후KPS평분、체중급T림파세포아군지표적변화。결과：치료조환자CD3T세포총수、CD4/CD8세포비치승고,KPS평분급체중명현승고；이대조조화료후환자CD3T세포수화CD4/CD8비치하강,KPS평분급체중하강。결론：부정과립보조화료가제고중만기비소세포폐암환자적면역공능화생활질량,치득진일보림상관찰。
Objective: To observe the effects of Fuzheng granules on patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)after chemotherapy. Methods: 103 patients were randomly divided into:the treatment group (n=51) received Fuzheng granules (10g p.o. tid) after chemotherapy,and the control group (n=52) received chemotherapy only. KPS scores, body weight and T lymphocyte subsets were measured before and after treatment. Results: After chemotherapy, the CD3+ cell count and CD4+/CD8+ ratio of the treatment group increased, espe-cially the KPS score and body weight increased significantly. While in the control group, CD3+T cell count, CD4+/CD8+ ratio and KPS score decreased, and significant weight loss was observed. Conclusion: Fuzheng granules combined with chemotherapy may protect the immune function and improve the quality of life in patients with ad-vanced non-small cell lung cancer. More well-designed prospective studies were needed to confirm our findings.
