目的：观察贴棉灸治疗原发性皮肤淀粉样变的疗效。方法：将64例原发性皮肤淀粉样变病患者随机分为2组,治疗组和对照组各32例。治疗组采用贴棉灸治疗；对照组采用维A酸霜联合卤米松乳膏封包治疗。疗程4周。结果：治疗后两组患者瘙痒积分及皮损肥厚程度比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗组总效率为84.38%,对照组为56.25%（字2=6.063,P<0.05）,2组比较差异有统计学意义。结论：贴棉灸治疗原发性皮肤淀粉样变疗效好,值得临床推广。

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of primary cutaneous amyloidosis treated by cotton moxibustion. Methods: 64 patients suffering from primary cutaneous amyloidosis were divided into two groups,32 cases each the treatment group were treated by cotton moxibustion, and the control group were treated by combination of Halometasone ointment and 0.1%Vitamin A acid cream for external use. All patients were treated for 4 weeks. Results: The total effective rate in treatment group was 84.38%, in control group was 56.25% and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Compared with control group,the pruritus score and lichenification score in treatment group were more improved after treatment (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Cotton moxibustion has better curative effect for primary cutaneous amyloidosis,without severe side effects, and worth to be recommend in clinical application..
