目的:通过观察柴芍胃炎颗粒对功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia,FD)模型大鼠血浆胃动素、胃泌素的影响,探讨该药治疗功能性消化不良的可能机制。方法:将FD模型大鼠按随机化原则分为模型组,多潘立酮组,柴芍胃炎颗粒高、中、低组,同时与空白组比较,观察各组大鼠饮水、饮食、体重变化和胃排空率,用ELISA法测定血浆胃泌素(gastrin,GAS)、胃动素(motilin,MTL)。结果:胃泌素:各中药组、多潘立酮组较空白组明显升高(P<0.05),但组间无明显差异(P>0.05);胃动素:中药高剂量组、中剂量组与正常空白组间无明显差异(P>0.05),但较中药低剂量组及多潘立酮组升高(P<0.05)。胃排空率:中药高剂量组、中剂量组与正常空白组间无明显差异(P﹥0.05),高于低剂量组(P<0.05)但较多潘立酮组低(P<0.05)。结论:柴芍胃炎颗粒可能通过促进胃泌素、胃动素分泌和增加胃排空率,从而起到改善FD模型大鼠胃肠动力障碍的作用,但值得注意的是胃动素、胃排空率超过正常范围并不利于胃肠道消化吸收。

목적:통과관찰시작위염과립대공능성소화불량(functional dyspepsia,FD)모형대서혈장위동소、위비소적영향,탐토해약치료공능성소화불량적가능궤제。방법:장FD모형대서안수궤화원칙분위모형조,다반립동조,시작위염과립고、중、저조,동시여공백조비교,관찰각조대서음수、음식、체중변화화위배공솔,용ELISA법측정혈장위비소(gastrin,GAS)、위동소(motilin,MTL)。결과:위비소:각중약조、다반립동조교공백조명현승고(P<0.05),단조간무명현차이(P>0.05);위동소:중약고제량조、중제량조여정상공백조간무명현차이(P>0.05),단교중약저제량조급다반립동조승고(P<0.05)。위배공솔:중약고제량조、중제량조여정상공백조간무명현차이(P﹥0.05),고우저제량조(P<0.05)단교다반립동조저(P<0.05)。결론:시작위염과립가능통과촉진위비소、위동소분비화증가위배공솔,종이기도개선FD모형대서위장동력장애적작용,단치득주의적시위동소、위배공솔초과정상범위병불리우위장도소화흡수。
Objective:To study the effect of Chaishaoweiyan (CSWY) granules on plasma motilin and gastrin in rats with functional dyspepsia (FD), and to investigate its possible mechanism. Methods: The rats were randomly divided into six groups: model control group,domperidone group, high-medium-and low-CSWY granules groups,and normal control group; the change of intake of water and food, body weight, and gastric emptying rate were observed. The levels of plasma motilin and gastrin were measured by ELISA method. Results:The gastrin in CSWY groups and domperidone group was significantly higher than in normal control group (P<0.05), while there were no significant differences among the former four drug groups (P> 0.05).No significant difference was noted in motilin among the normal control group, medium-and high-dose CSWY granules groups(P > 0.05). However, the motilin in the former three groups were higher than that in domperidone group and low-dose CSWY granules group (P< 0.05).The gastric emptying rates in normal control group, medium- and high-dose CSWY granules groups were higher than in low-dose CSWY granules group (P<0.05),but lower than in domperidone group (P< 0.05). Conclusion: CSWY Granules may relieve gastric dynamic dysfunction in rats with functional dyspepsia (FD) by increasing the levels of plasma gastrin and motilin, and improving gastric emptying rate. It is worth to notice that the paranormal motilin and gastric emptying rate are not good for digestion and absorption.
