针对目标车型的怠速区间,利用理论知识借助于仿真手段找到驾驶室振动过大的原因。通过MSC/ADAMS软件进行动力总成悬置系统的优化仿真分析,解决车辆振动问题,从而缩短结构改型和同种车型开发的周期,并用实车试验验证优化的结果。建立动力总成悬置优化分析系统,可以对类似的动力总成悬置进行分析优化,判断设计方案的可行性,同时缩短开发周期和降低成本。

According to the target vehicle idle interval, use the theoretical knowledge with the help of simulation meth-ods to find the cause of the cab vibration is too large. Through analysis of simulation and optimization of power-train mounting system by MSC/ADAMS, solve vehicle vibration problem, and shorten the cycle of structure modification and same model developed. Establish optimization analysis of power-train mounting system with real vehicle tests verify the op-timization results. To optimize the power-train mounting similar to the analysis to determine feasibility of design, and short-ed development cycles and lower costs.
