采用热台显微镜对牛皮浸灰过程中毛纤维的表面形态及耐热性能进行了研究。结果表明,随浸灰时间的增加,毛纤维的表面破坏明显严重,纤维的干热收缩温度基本相同,但最终收缩率降低,热稳定性提高。
採用熱檯顯微鏡對牛皮浸灰過程中毛纖維的錶麵形態及耐熱性能進行瞭研究。結果錶明,隨浸灰時間的增加,毛纖維的錶麵破壞明顯嚴重,纖維的榦熱收縮溫度基本相同,但最終收縮率降低,熱穩定性提高。

The morphology and heat resistance property of wool fibers were studied by the thermal microscope in the liming process of cow hide. The results showed that the wool fibers were seriously damaged with the increase of liming time. The final shrinkages were reduced with the same shrinkage temperature and the thermal stability could be improved.
