为了解老年人长期照护服务的需求意愿及其影响因素，本文采用随机抽样方法对陕西省城乡老年人作了问卷调查。研究发现，老年人的需求意愿因性别、身体健康状况、精神生活、当前养老方式等的不同而呈现出多样化特征；影响老年人需求的因素依次是性别、生活能否自理、精神生活、当前养老方式、当前长期照护服务是否全面、对当前长期照护服务是否满意等。为有效满足老年人的长期照护服务需求，须努力增加老年人收入，制定并完善相关法律政策，调动社会各方力量积极参与，塑造全新的健康老龄观和积极老龄观。

In order to understand the demands of long-term care service for the elderly and its inlfuencing factors, random sampling is used in the questionnaire survey on urban and rural elderly in Shaanxi Province. The result shows that the demands of the elderly appear as diversiifed due to the difference of gender, physical health, spiritual life, and the current way of pension. The main factors inlfuencing needs of the elderly are gender, the ability to take care of themselves, spiritual life, current pension ways, whether the current service comprehensive, whether they satisifed with the current service. Therefore, in order to effectively meet the needs of long-term care service for the elderly, we must make efforts to increase the income of the elderly, formulate and improve relevant laws and policies, mobilize all social sectors to participate actively, and shape the healthy and active aging view.
