通过问卷调查和非结构式访谈发现,达州市民办幼儿园教师专业化发展存在自主性不强、专业知识较缺乏、专业技能较差、专业情意水平较低的特点。分析了达州市民办幼儿园教师专业化发展水平低的原因,提出了达州市民办幼儿园教师专业化发展的应对措施。

By questionnaire survey and unstructured interview ,we found teachers in the non -government kindergartens had some features in development ,such as autonomy of them is not strong ,they lacked the professional knowledge ,they were poor in professional skills ,their level of profession sensibility is low .This article analyzed the reasons ,And then give out some countermeasures to the kindergarten teachers about their specialization development .
