As an important part of belt conveyor , the structure and properties of pulley can affect the safety and reliability of belt conveyor running.Using ANSYS to analyze the force of the pulley.APDL language is a parametric design language pro-vided by ANSYS, which can be more convenient for modeling and analysis of pulley and can reduce the unnecessary duplica-tion of work.The method building parametric modeling using APDL language for drive pulley is introduced.
