传统的火烧黏土方法既污染空气也浪费资源,提出一种采用液压控制系统的免烧砖机的设计,该系统具有能量密度高、工作比较平稳、快速性好及易于调节和控制等特征[1],用于取代传统火烧方法,能够快速的、绿色的实现建筑用砖的压制成型。
傳統的火燒黏土方法既汙染空氣也浪費資源,提齣一種採用液壓控製繫統的免燒磚機的設計,該繫統具有能量密度高、工作比較平穩、快速性好及易于調節和控製等特徵[1],用于取代傳統火燒方法,能夠快速的、綠色的實現建築用磚的壓製成型。

The traditional method of burning clay are both air pollution and a waste of resources .Considering those disadvanta-ges, a hydraulic control system is proposed.The system have those advantages such as high energy density, smoothly working ability, excellent speed, as well as convenience to adjust and control.If it is instead of traditional burning method, it could quickly and greenly achieve building brick pressing.
