针对某炼油厂螺杆式压缩机运行中出现的机体及配件磨损故障,对比各种配件修复技术特点,确定利用激光熔覆新技术对螺杆压缩机主副螺杆、活塞进行修复的方案并实施,对修复后实施运行性能进行了分析。

Aiming at the wear and tear failure of the screw compressors body and its parts during operating in a refinery, a va-riety of repairing technical characteristics are compared .the new laser cladding technologies is determined to repair the main screw, sub-screw and piston of screw compressor, Then repairing program is implemented.Finally the operation performance is analyzed after repairing.
