采用顺序耦合法对重载货车在长大下坡道上的踏面制动进行热-结构耦合分析,结果表明:摩擦热量主要集中于摩擦表面层,闸瓦温度和应力在制动过程中先升后降,但是应力最大值比温度最大值提前到达。仿真结果较真实的反映了整个过程中闸瓦的瞬态温度和应力变化情况,为闸瓦的使用寿命和疲劳分析提供了理论基础。

The thermal-structure order coupling method is used to analyze the tread-brake of the heavy-load wagon under long ramp braking, It′s found that frictional heat is mainly concentrated on the surface layer, the brake shoe′s temperature and stress increased firstly and then decreased .But the maximum stress appears before the maximum temperature appears .The re-sult of simulation accurately response to the transient temperature and stresses of the brake shoe in the whole process .It sup-plies the theoretical basis for the analysis of the service life and the fatigue life of the brake shoe.
