∶根据国家能源局和山东省发改委关于规范风电建设的要求，按照莱阳市政府的要求，以及为了更加规范合理的开发莱阳市的风电资源，根据现有测风资料，测算出了莱阳市可以开发风电的总容量，并依据风资源、接入条件等列出了项目开发顺序，以供莱阳市政府和项目开发之参考。
∶근거국가능원국화산동성발개위관우규범풍전건설적요구，안조래양시정부적요구，이급위료경가규범합리적개발래양시적풍전자원，근거현유측풍자료，측산출료래양시가이개발풍전적총용량，병의거풍자원、접입조건등렬출료항목개발순서，이공래양시정부화항목개발지삼고。
In order to reasonably develop the wind power resources in Laiyang City, the total capacity of wind power in Laiyang City is calculated based on the existing wind data and the requirements of the National Energy Bureau,the Development and Reform Commission of Shandong Province and the government of Laiyang City on regulating wind power construction, and the project development sequence is listed according to wind resources and connection con-ditions etc., which can be referenced by the government of Laiyang City and the project developers.
