∶老挝某水电需搬迁移民9263人,目前主要考虑库内后靠的安置方式,但由于库内基础设施条件较差,基础设施投资大。为有效降低基础设施投资,文章从资源条件、基础设施条件及经济合理性等方面探讨与农业开发公司合作安置水电站移民的可行性。通过分析,合作方式安置移民是经济合理的、技术可行的,与后靠安置相比具有一定的优越性。

There are 9263 people need to be relocated during the construction of a hydropower station in Laos. Cur-rently,a backward resettlement to the higher place in reservoir area is considered. In order to effectively reduce the investment on infrastructure,the paper discusses the feasibility of cooperation resettlement with agricultural develop-ment company from the aspects of resource conditions,infrastructure conditions and economic rationality etc. due to the poor infrastructure in reservoir area and the great investment on improving the infrastructure. Through analysis, the resettlement based on cooperation mode is economically reasonable and technically feasible,which is superior to the backward resettlement.
