To develop BOT-mode generation project in Lao PDR more efficiently,the present status and the imple-mentation procedure of BOT mode generation project in Lao PDR are introduced firstly,then risks in development of BOT mode generation project in Lao PDR are concluded and countermeasures are recommended respectively,which can be used as a reference for BOT project developer in Lao PDR.
