提出和剖析了 TEC 大颗粒尿素工艺中的3个核心问题:①尿素颗粒的成长时间对产品水含量的影响;②破碎机的负荷与辊间距调多大才能满足工艺生产要求;③MMU 储槽中的溶液组分与凝胶结堵现象。结果表明,通过揭示3个核心问题与产品质量的内在关系,可采取相应措施,优化操作,提高产品质量。

Author has presented and analyzed the 3 key problems in the TEC big granule urea process:(1)Influence of the growing time of urea gran-ule on water content of product;(2)How many loads of the breaker and how many space of the roll can only meet the requirement on process operation?(3)Deposition blockage phenomenon due to solution constituent and condensed glue in MMU tank.Result indicates that the appropriate measures can be adopted to reach optimized operation and to increase product quality through uncovering the internal relation between 3 key problems and product quality.
