目的：比较辛伐他汀在“YBH31532005”标准中和在《中国药典》2010年版二部标准中有关物质检验结果的不同。方法：对两种检验方法分别进行方法学研究，对比研究结果。结果：通过方法学研究，采用《中国药典》2010年版的检测方法可以检测出多个杂质峰，而采用“YBH31532005”标准中的检测方法检出的有关物质较小。结论：采用《中国药典》2010年版二部标准中的方法能够更好的检测有关物质。
