分别采用解析法和ANSY S11.0有限元法计算60 Hz两极空冷汽轮发电机转子本体齿和槽楔的应力。解析法计算就是传统的经验公式计算,需经过大量的笔算,存在人为误差,利用有限元计算求解工程结构的理论应力和安全系数不受材料、结构形状等条件的限制,通用、可靠且精确,是一种值得推广的数值分析方法。

Strength on the rotor-teeth and slot wedge of 60 Hz two-pole turbine-generator was calculated by means of the analytical method and ifnite element method of AN-SYS11.0 respectively. The analytical method actually was the traditional experienced calculation formula, which oc-cupied lots of calculative labor with the great man-made er-ror. The theoretical strength and safe factor of engineering structure worked out by ifnite element method would not be limited by the materials and structural shape, becoming a data analysis method worth to popularize with the advan-tages of general-use, reliability and precision.
