绕组短路后,定子的磁场分布不均匀,三相电流不平衡,会使电机运行时的振动和噪声加剧,严重时电机不能起动。而在短路的线圈中会有很大的短路电流,导致线圈迅速发热和烧毁。

Short-circuit failure of motor windings will result in uneven distribution of the magnetic ifeld, unbal-anced current of three-phase, great noise&vibration during operation and even failing to start up of the motors. There will be large short-circuit current in the short-circuit wind-ing, causing the windings being heated, smoked and burned out.
