目的：比较分析钬激光前列腺剜除术（ HoLEP ）与前列腺汽化电切术（ TUVP ）对良性前列腺增生的治疗效果。方法将180例良性前列腺增生患者随机分为两组。观察组患者实施HoLEP治疗；对照组患者实施TUVP治疗。观察比较两种手术方法的安全性和疗效。结果两组患者经不同手术方法治疗后，前列腺症状评分（ IPSS）、最大尿流率（ Qmax）、生活质量评分（QOL）与治疗前相比均有明显改善（ P ＜0．01），观察组改善幅度大于对照组（ P ＜0．01）；术中出血量、手术时间、导尿管留置时间和膀胱冲洗时间，观察组均小于对照组（ P ＜0．05）；观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组（ P ＜0．01）。结论HoLEP可降低术中出血量、减少手术时间、导尿管留置时间和膀胱冲洗时间，且并发症发生率较低，是临床治疗良性前列腺增生较理想的手术方法。
목적：비교분석화격광전렬선완제술（ HoLEP ）여전렬선기화전절술（ TUVP ）대량성전렬선증생적치료효과。방법장180례량성전렬선증생환자수궤분위량조。관찰조환자실시HoLEP치료；대조조환자실시TUVP치료。관찰비교량충수술방법적안전성화료효。결과량조환자경불동수술방법치료후，전렬선증상평분（ IPSS）、최대뇨류솔（ Qmax）、생활질량평분（QOL）여치료전상비균유명현개선（ P ＜0．01），관찰조개선폭도대우대조조（ P ＜0．01）；술중출혈량、수술시간、도뇨관류치시간화방광충세시간，관찰조균소우대조조（ P ＜0．05）；관찰조술후병발증발생솔저우대조조（ P ＜0．01）。결론HoLEP가강저술중출혈량、감소수술시간、도뇨관류치시간화방광충세시간，차병발증발생솔교저，시림상치료량성전렬선증생교이상적수술방법。
Objective To compare and analyze the treatment effects on benign prostatic hyperplasia by holmium laser enuclea -tion of the prostate (HoLEP) and transurethral vaporization resection of the prostate (TUVP).Met hods 180 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were divided into two groups .The obrservation group was treated with HoLEP and the control group was treated with TUVP.The safety and efficacy of the two treatments were observed and compared .Rse ults After different treatments , IPSS, Qmax,and QOL of the two groups were significantly improved ( P <0.01),and the improvement of observation group was greater than that of control group( P <0.01).The blood loss in operation,operation time,storage time of pipe,irrigation time of the observation group were significantly shorter than that of the control group ( P <0.05).The incidence rate of postoperative complications of the con-trol group was higher than that of the observation group A ( P <0.01).Conclusion HoLEP can reduce operation time ,blood loss in operation,storage time of pipe,irrigation time and the incidence rate of postoperative complications .
