本文主要围绕某出口沙特车型的空调制冷性能提升,以降低出风口温度为突破口,进行方案设计和环境模拟试验验证,结果表明,通过设计改进,热交换管的应用效果明显,对整车的空调性能提升起到了很大的作用。

To improve the cooling performance of a car exported to Saudi Arabia, the technical breakthrough is to reduce the temperature at the air outlet. A design is made and tested in the simulated environment. The test results show that the performance of the heat-exchanger tubes is greatly improved on the optimized design, which is positive for the cooling performance exaltation of the overall vehicle.
