目的：探讨新生儿腹股沟嵌顿疝导致的睾丸缺血的处理办法及其预后。方法回顾性分析我院2005年9月至2010年9月手术治疗的37例新生儿腹股沟嵌顿疝导致睾丸缺血的临床资料。结果37例腹股沟嵌顿疝导致睾丸缺血术中均给予保留睾丸，术后随访2年，除5例有睾丸萎缩、2例睾丸位置异常外，余睾丸大小位置均正常。结论术中保留新生儿腹股沟嵌顿疝导致的缺血睾丸效果良好，不要轻易切除缺血的睾丸。
목적：탐토신생인복고구감돈산도치적고환결혈적처리판법급기예후。방법회고성분석아원2005년9월지2010년9월수술치료적37례신생인복고구감돈산도치고환결혈적림상자료。결과37례복고구감돈산도치고환결혈술중균급여보류고환，술후수방2년，제5례유고환위축、2례고환위치이상외，여고환대소위치균정상。결론술중보류신생인복고구감돈산도치적결혈고환효과량호，불요경역절제결혈적고환。
Objective To investigate the treatment and prognosis of testicular ischemia caused by neonatal incarcerated inguinal hernia. Methods Clinical data of 37 testicular ischemia caused by neonatal incarcerated inguinal hernia in our hospital from September 2005- September 2010 were retrospectively analyzed. Results All 37 cases with testicular ischemia retained their testicule during surgery. After 2 years postoperative following-up, all had normal growth testis except 5 cases with testicular atrophy and 2 cases with testicular abnormal position . Conclusion The retained testis was recommended during testicular ischemia surgery caused by incarcerated hernia.
