目的：观察龟芪生精胶囊对机械性生精障碍模型家兔的促生精作用，为中药治疗男性不育提供实验依据。方法以手术方法复制家兔双侧睾丸生精障碍模型，以黄精赞育胶囊和生理盐水为对照，观察龟芪生精胶囊对生精障碍模型家兔的精子密度、活力、活率和精液量的影响。结果龟芪生精胶囊能提高生精障碍模型家兔的精子密度、活力、活率（P＜0.05），与阳性对照组比较有明显差异（P＜0.05），其作用与黄精赞誉胶囊类似。结论龟芪生精胶囊对手术方法诱导的家兔睾丸生精障碍有促进其恢复作用，并可显著提高家兔的精子质量。
목적：관찰구기생정효낭대궤계성생정장애모형가토적촉생정작용，위중약치료남성불육제공실험의거。방법이수술방법복제가토쌍측고환생정장애모형，이황정찬육효낭화생리염수위대조，관찰구기생정효낭대생정장애모형가토적정자밀도、활력、활솔화정액량적영향。결과구기생정효낭능제고생정장애모형가토적정자밀도、활력、활솔（P＜0.05），여양성대조조비교유명현차이（P＜0.05），기작용여황정찬예효낭유사。결론구기생정효낭대수술방법유도적가토고환생정장애유촉진기회복작용，병가현저제고가토적정자질량。
Objective To invetigate spermatogenic effect of Guiqishengjing capsule on rabbits models with mechanical disturbance of spermatogenesis, and provide experimental basis for traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of male infertility. Methods We used the surgical method to establish a rabbit model with bilateral testicular spermatogenic impairment, then, taking Huangjingzanyu capsules and saline as control, detected the influence of Guiqishengjing capsule on rabbit sperm density, viability, motility and semen volume. Results Guiqishengjing capsule improved the sperm density,viability and motility on rabbit dyszoospermia model(P<0.05), which had significant differences compared with those of the positive control(P<0.05).The effect of it was similar with that of Huangjingzanyu Capsule. Conclusion Guiqishengjing capsule can promote the recovery function of rabbit dyszoospermia model by surgical method,and improve the quality of sperm in rabbits.
