目的:了解广东高校新生军训期间常见病发病情况和影响因素。方法对中山大学珠海校区2010~2012年军训期间天气情况,就诊率,常见病发病情况进行统计分析。结果2011年平均湿度为(83.37±5.63)%,显著高于其他两年,均P<0.05。三年平均就诊率为29.84%。2011年就诊率为40.09%,显著高于其他两年(23.49%和25.04%,均P<0.05)。军训常见病有上呼吸道感染,运动外伤,各类皮炎,中暑,痛经,晒伤,肠炎。三年合计女生就诊率36.03%,显著高于男生22.36%,P<0.05。结论在大学一年级第二学期末进行军训,新生常见病发病率可降低。湿度是对军训发病率影响较强的因素。

목적:료해엄동고교신생군훈기간상견병발병정황화영향인소。방법대중산대학주해교구2010~2012년군훈기간천기정황,취진솔,상견병발병정황진행통계분석。결과2011년평균습도위(83.37±5.63)%,현저고우기타량년,균P<0.05。삼년평균취진솔위29.84%。2011년취진솔위40.09%,현저고우기타량년(23.49%화25.04%,균P<0.05)。군훈상견병유상호흡도감염,운동외상,각류피염,중서,통경,쇄상,장염。삼년합계녀생취진솔36.03%,현저고우남생22.36%,P<0.05。결론재대학일년급제이학기말진행군훈,신생상견병발병솔가강저。습도시대군훈발병솔영향교강적인소。
Objective To investigate the incidence of common diseases among the freshmen in Guangdong and the influence factors thereof. Methods The data of weather, visiting rates, and incidence of common diseases among the freshmen of Sun Yat-sen University Zhuhai Campus who received military training by the end of the second semester of the freshman year 2010~2012 were analyzed. Results The average humidity in 2011 was(83.37 ± 5.63)%,significantly higher than those of the other 2 year (both P<0.05). The average visiting rate was 29.84%.The visiting rate of 2011 was 40.09, significantly higher than those of the years 2009 (23.49%) and 2012 (25.04%) (both P<0.05). The category of common diseases ever occurring included upper respiratory tract infection,exercise-related injury,dermatitis, heatstroke,dysmenorrhea,sunburn, and enteritis. . The average visiting rate of female students was 36.03%, significantly higher than that of the male students (22.36%, P<0.05) Conclusion The morbidity of common diseases would be lowered if the military training is organized by the end of the second semester of the freshmen year. Humidity is one of the important influence factors for the incidence of many diseases during military training among freshmen.
