Mucoepidermoid carcinoma%Transforming growth factor-β1 (TGFβ1)%Hypoxia inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α)
目的:研究转化生长因子β1(transforming growth factor-β1,TGFβ1)、缺氧诱导因子-1α(hypoxia inducible factor-1α,HIF-1α)在唾液腺黏液表皮样癌(mucoepidermoid carcinoma,MEC)中的表达和相关性。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法检测25例正常唾液腺组织、36例唾液腺黏液表皮样癌(20例高分化、16例低分化)中TGFβ1和HIF-1α的表达。结果TGFβ1和HIF-1α的阳性表达率在正常唾液腺组织、高分化MEC及低分化MEC中的表达均依次增强,组间差异均有统计学意义,P<0.05;MEC中TGFβ1随着HIF-1α表达的增强而升高,P<0.05。结论TGFβ1和HIF-1α的高表达在唾液腺黏液表皮样癌的分化及增殖过程中可能起重要作用。

목적:연구전화생장인자β1(transforming growth factor-β1,TGFβ1)、결양유도인자-1α(hypoxia inducible factor-1α,HIF-1α)재타액선점액표피양암(mucoepidermoid carcinoma,MEC)중적표체화상관성。방법응용면역조직화학SP법검측25례정상타액선조직、36례타액선점액표피양암(20례고분화、16례저분화)중TGFβ1화HIF-1α적표체。결과TGFβ1화HIF-1α적양성표체솔재정상타액선조직、고분화MEC급저분화MEC중적표체균의차증강,조간차이균유통계학의의,P<0.05;MEC중TGFβ1수착HIF-1α표체적증강이승고,P<0.05。결론TGFβ1화HIF-1α적고표체재타액선점액표피양암적분화급증식과정중가능기중요작용。
Objective To investigate the expression and correlation of transforming growth factor-β1 (TGFβ1) and hypoxia inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) in salivary gland mucoepidermoid carcinoma(MEC). Methods The expression of TGFβ1 and HIF-1αin 25 cases normal salivary tissues and 36 cases MEC (20 cases with well differentiation and 16 cases with poor differentiation) were detected by the streptavidin-peroxidase (SP) immunohistochemical method. Results Positive expression rate of TGFβ1 and HIF-1α enhanced in normal salivary gland tissue, well-differentiated MEC tissue and poorly- differentiated MEC tissues stepply P<0.05;TGFβ1 tended to depend on HIF-1αexpression levels in MEC P<0.05. Conclusion The high expression of TGFβ1 and HIF-1αis considered to play an important role in cell differentiation and proliferation of MEC.
