目的：研究急性心肌梗死患者血脂和 hs-CRP 水平的动态变化及临床意义。方法选取2012年3月到2013年3月我院收治的急性心肌梗死患者90例（研究组）和稳定型冠心病患者90例（对照组），测定两组患者的血脂及 hs-CRP 的水平并进行对比分析。结果研究组甘油三脂（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL）显著低于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）；研究组 hs-CRP 的水平显著高于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）；研究组 hs-CRP 和 TC、LDL 呈负相关。结论检测早期急性心肌梗死患者的血脂以及 hs-CRP 水平有助于判断疾病的变化情况。
목적：연구급성심기경사환자혈지화 hs-CRP 수평적동태변화급림상의의。방법선취2012년3월도2013년3월아원수치적급성심기경사환자90례（연구조）화은정형관심병환자90례（대조조），측정량조환자적혈지급 hs-CRP 적수평병진행대비분석。결과연구조감유삼지（TG）、총담고순（TC）、저밀도지단백（LDL）현저저우대조조，량조비교차이구유통계학의의（P ﹤0.05）；연구조 hs-CRP 적수평현저고우대조조，량조비교차이구유통계학의의（P ﹤0.05）；연구조 hs-CRP 화 TC、LDL 정부상관。결론검측조기급성심기경사환자적혈지이급 hs-CRP 수평유조우판단질병적변화정황。
Objective:To study the variation of blood lipids and high sensitivity C-reactive protein( hs-CRP)in pa-tients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI). Methods:Niety cases with AMI were selected from our hospital during the period from March 2012 to March 2013(observation group),90 cases with stable coronary artery disease(control group), lipids and hs-CRP of two group were tested,and comparative analysis was made. Results:The triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC)and low-density lipoprotein(LDL)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P ﹤ 0. 05);The hs-CRP of observation group was higher than that of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P ﹤ 0. 05);The concentration of hs-CRP was negatively related with serum levels of TC ,LDL in patients of the observation group. Conclusion:Testing of the blood lipids and hs-CRP in patients with AMI helps analyze changes in disease,and has important value in the diagno-sis and treatment of the disease.
