结合供电企业基层工作实际，介绍了“三支队伍”的培训重点，分析了在优化技能人员队伍结构方面应重点突出供电线路、特高压、超高压、变电站（所）等关键工种、特殊工种技能人员的培训，并指出做好企业培训工作是一个立体工程，须在完善体制、健全机制、创新教学方法、树立正确教育理念等全方位着手才能做好企业培训工作。

Combined with the work of power supply enterprise, the auhtor introduced the“three teams”which focused on training, also analyzed the optimization personnel structures should be put on the power supply line, ultra-high pressure, UHV substation (the) and other key jobs, special types of staff skills training. The author pointed out that the enterprise training work was a stereoscopic project which should be in perfect system, a sound mechanism, innovating teaching method, set up the correct education ideas such as a full range of enterprise training work to do.
