研究了锰渣微粉和粉煤灰两种工业废渣作为矿物掺合料在干混砂浆中的应用。探讨了单掺锰渣微粉及锰渣微粉与粉煤灰不同比例复掺对砂浆工作性能及强度的影响,并对试样的微观结构进行了分析。试验结果表明,锰渣微粉掺量在20%左右,锰渣与粉煤灰最适宜复掺比例为6:4。
研究瞭錳渣微粉和粉煤灰兩種工業廢渣作為礦物摻閤料在榦混砂漿中的應用。探討瞭單摻錳渣微粉及錳渣微粉與粉煤灰不同比例複摻對砂漿工作性能及彊度的影響,併對試樣的微觀結構進行瞭分析。試驗結果錶明,錳渣微粉摻量在20%左右,錳渣與粉煤灰最適宜複摻比例為6:4。

The two industrial waste residues of manganese slag powder and fly ash as mineral admixtures applied to the dry-mix mortar is studied. The influences of the single doped manganese slag powder, manganese slag powder and fly ash in different proportion of double mixing mortar on working performance and strength of mortar are discussed, and the micro structure of the specimens is analyzed. The test results show that when the manganese slag powder dosage is about 20%, the most suitable compound mixing proportion of manganese slag and fly ash is 6:4.
