通过对黄岩汇煤矿煤层瓦斯赋存情况的分析,提出了掘进工作面、回采工作面、邻近层、上隅角和高抽巷等的综合瓦斯防治技术,并对抽采效果进行了分析。结果表明,实施该综合抽采方法后,掘进工作面煤层残存瓦斯量降为6.3 m3/t;回采工作面煤体残存瓦斯量降为4.287~6.315 m3/t,瓦斯压力降为0.04~0.12 MPa;回风巷瓦斯浓度平均降为0.26%,上隅角瓦斯浓度从未超限;有效地降低了煤层瓦斯压力和瓦斯含量,消除了煤与瓦斯突出危险性,保障了矿井的安全高效开采。
通過對黃巖彙煤礦煤層瓦斯賦存情況的分析,提齣瞭掘進工作麵、迴採工作麵、鄰近層、上隅角和高抽巷等的綜閤瓦斯防治技術,併對抽採效果進行瞭分析。結果錶明,實施該綜閤抽採方法後,掘進工作麵煤層殘存瓦斯量降為6.3 m3/t;迴採工作麵煤體殘存瓦斯量降為4.287~6.315 m3/t,瓦斯壓力降為0.04~0.12 MPa;迴風巷瓦斯濃度平均降為0.26%,上隅角瓦斯濃度從未超限;有效地降低瞭煤層瓦斯壓力和瓦斯含量,消除瞭煤與瓦斯突齣危險性,保障瞭礦井的安全高效開採。
통과대황암회매광매층와사부존정황적분석,제출료굴진공작면、회채공작면、린근층、상우각화고추항등적종합와사방치기술,병대추채효과진행료분석。결과표명,실시해종합추채방법후,굴진공작면매층잔존와사량강위6.3 m3/t;회채공작면매체잔존와사량강위4.287~6.315 m3/t,와사압력강위0.04~0.12 MPa;회풍항와사농도평균강위0.26%,상우각와사농도종미초한;유효지강저료매층와사압력화와사함량,소제료매여와사돌출위험성,보장료광정적안전고효개채。
By analyzing the gas occurrence of coal seam in Huangyanhui coal mine,a comprehensive gas pre-vention and control technology,including heading face,working face,adjacent seams,upper corner and high pum-ping lane extractions,etc,are presented.The effects of gas drainage are analyzed.The results show that after the comprehensive extraction methods were implemented.The gas remainder quantity of tunneling face had declined to 6. 3 m3/t,the gas remainder quantity of working face had declined to 4.287 ~6.315 m3/t.The gas pressure had re-duced to 0.04~0.12 MPa.The average gas concentration of return airway had reduced to 0.26%.
