国内超超临界机组锅炉受热面高温段采用新型奥氏体不锈钢Super304H和HR3C,机组在停机检修时通常采用消防水对受热面外表面进行清洗。为了检验消防水中Cl-是否会引起新型奥氏体钢焊接接头腐蚀,通过模拟相似条件进行多批次浸蚀试验,对试样进行外观检查、表面渗透、金相检验、电镜扫描等检测与分析,未发现较高浓度Cl-溶液引起Super304H和HR3C不锈钢焊接接头腐蚀现象,为超超临界锅炉炉膛内部采用消防水清洗提供了有力的试验依据。
國內超超臨界機組鍋爐受熱麵高溫段採用新型奧氏體不鏽鋼Super304H和HR3C,機組在停機檢脩時通常採用消防水對受熱麵外錶麵進行清洗。為瞭檢驗消防水中Cl-是否會引起新型奧氏體鋼銲接接頭腐蝕,通過模擬相似條件進行多批次浸蝕試驗,對試樣進行外觀檢查、錶麵滲透、金相檢驗、電鏡掃描等檢測與分析,未髮現較高濃度Cl-溶液引起Super304H和HR3C不鏽鋼銲接接頭腐蝕現象,為超超臨界鍋爐爐膛內部採用消防水清洗提供瞭有力的試驗依據。

The new-type austenitic stainless steel Super304H and HR3C have been used in the high-tempera-ture section of the heating surface for domestic ultra supercritical boilers. The outer surface of the heating sur-face is usually cleaned by fire water during shutdown of the units. In order to test whether the Cl-of fire water can cause stress corrosion of the new-type steel welded joints. Through batches of etch test under simulating similar conditions, the sample has been analyzed by using macroscopic examination, surface penetration, metallographic detection, electron microscope scanning and etc. It is not found that higher concentration Cl-solution can cause the corrosion of Super304H or HR3C welded joints. It provides a strong test basis that the furnace internal cleaning by fire water is feasible for ultra supercritical boilers.
