目的：分析并总结健康教育应用于预防美沙酮脱毒期间体位性低血压的效果。方法选择2010-01-06入住我院戒毒科自愿戒毒的海洛因依赖患者650例为观察组；回顾性调查2009-07-12入住我科海洛因依赖患者520例为对照组。对照组采用常规护理法，观察组除了采用常规护理法外，同时对其进行系统的健康教育。结果观察组采用健康教育方法后患者在美沙酮脱毒期间体位性低血压的发生率为1.84%，对照组为6.92%，两组差异有统计学意义。结论科学系统的健康教育能有效预防美沙酮脱毒期间体位性低血压的发生，提高患者的生存质量，减少复吸。

Objective T o analyze and sum m arize the preventive effects of health education on postural hypotension during m ethadone detoxification .Methods 650 sufferers w ith heroin dependence at our detoxification departm ent for spontaneous detoxification from Jan-uary to June in 2010 w ere selected as the observation group ,520 sufferers w ith heroin dependence at our detoxification departm ent from July to D ecem ber in 2009 w ere retrospectively studied as the control group.The control group w ere given routine nursing,w hile the obser-vation group w ere given system atic health education in addition to routine nursing .Results T he incidence rate of postural hypotension during m ethadone detoxification in the observation group w ith health education w as 1 .84% ,w hile it w as 6 .92% in the control group .T he differences betw een the tw o groups w ere of statistical significance.Conclusion Scientific and system atic health education can effectively prevent the occurrence of postural hypotension during m ethadone detoxification,prom ote the sufferers'quality of life and reduce the re-lapse in heroin addicts.
