目的：探讨舒芬太尼在腹腔镜手术麻醉中的应用。方法从2008-02-2013-02选择ASA 1～2级、择期行腹腔镜胆囊切除术病人40例，随机分成两组，观察组采用舒芬太尼为主诱导维持麻醉，对照组采用芬太尼为主诱导维持麻醉，观察两组病人麻醉诱导及维持期间血流动力学变化和苏醒期相关时间、质量以及术后各时间点VAS评分。结果舒芬太尼麻醉术中循环较稳定，苏醒较快，术后疼痛程度轻。结论舒芬太尼可安全有效的用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术等短小手术的麻醉。
목적：탐토서분태니재복강경수술마취중적응용。방법종2008-02-2013-02선택ASA 1～2급、택기행복강경담낭절제술병인40례，수궤분성량조，관찰조채용서분태니위주유도유지마취，대조조채용분태니위주유도유지마취，관찰량조병인마취유도급유지기간혈류동역학변화화소성기상관시간、질량이급술후각시간점VAS평분。결과서분태니마취술중순배교은정，소성교쾌，술후동통정도경。결론서분태니가안전유효적용우복강경담낭절제술등단소수술적마취。
Objective To study the application of Sufentanil to anesthesia in laparoscopic cholecystectom y.Methods 40 patients w ith A SAⅠorⅡ grade from Feb.2008 to Feb.2013 scheduled for laparoscopic cholecystectom y w ere random ly divided into tw o groups.The ob-servation group w ere given Sufentanil as anesthesia induction w hile the control group w ere given Fentanyl as anesthesia induction.H em ody-nam ic changes,aw akening correlation tim e and quality,and postoperative V A S scores at each tim e point of the tw o groups during anesthesi-a induction and m aintenance w ere observed.Results Sufentanilanesthesia is stable in circulation w ith quick revivaland lightpostoperative pain degree.Conclusion Sufentanilcan be used safely and effectively in anesthesia forlaparoscopic cholecystectom y and shortoperations.
