目的：探讨皮肤点刺放血联合中草药口服在治疗慢性单纯性苔藓中的疗效。方法选取72例患有慢性单纯性苔藓的疗养员，随机分为治疗组、对照组各36例。两组患者均给予药物治疗，治疗组给予皮肤点刺放血联合中草药口服，经过两个疗程共30 d的治疗，观察治疗前后皮损及伴随症状改善情况。结果治疗组的治愈率、总有效率明显高于对照组。结论皮肤点刺放血联合中草药口服治疗慢性单纯性苔藓的临床效果明显优于单纯的药物治疗，是一种便捷、无副作用、易于实施的治疗方法，值得推广。
목적：탐토피부점자방혈연합중초약구복재치료만성단순성태선중적료효。방법선취72례환유만성단순성태선적요양원，수궤분위치료조、대조조각36례。량조환자균급여약물치료，치료조급여피부점자방혈연합중초약구복，경과량개료정공30 d적치료，관찰치료전후피손급반수증상개선정황。결과치료조적치유솔、총유효솔명현고우대조조。결론피부점자방혈연합중초약구복치료만성단순성태선적림상효과명현우우단순적약물치료，시일충편첩、무부작용、역우실시적치료방법，치득추엄。
Objective T o investigate the curative effect of using skin pricked bleeding w ith orally-taken C hinese herbal m edicine to treat lichen sim plex chronicus. Methods 72 convalescents w ith lichen sim plex chronicus w ere selected and random ly divided into treat-m ent group and control group,w ith 36 cases in each group. B oth groups w ere given drug therapy,and the treatm ent group w ere also giv-en skin pricked bleeding w ith orally-taken C hinese herbal m edicine,after tw o treatm ent courses of 30 days,and skin lesion and im prove-m ent of sim ultaneous sym ptom s w ere observed before and after treatm ent.Results T he cure rate and the total effective rate of the treat-m ent group w ere obviously higher than the control group .Conclusion T he clinical effect of using skin pricked bleeding w ith orally-taken C hinese herbal m edicine to treat lichen sim plex chronicus is superior to pure drug therapy,it is convenient w ithout side effects and easy to im plem ent that is w orth prom otion .
