目的：探究硬膜外阻滞联合全身麻醉在上腹部手术中的应用。方法回顾性分析2008-02-2013-02我院收治的88例上腹部手术患者行硬膜外阻滞联合全身麻醉的临床资料。结果复合麻醉相较于单纯全麻用药剂量少，可减少患者机体应激反应，预防呼吸抑制，但会降低血压。结论复合麻醉可有效减少上腹部手术应激反应，减少麻醉对循环系统的影响，降低手术风险，值得临床应用和推广。
목적：탐구경막외조체연합전신마취재상복부수술중적응용。방법회고성분석2008-02-2013-02아원수치적88례상복부수술환자행경막외조체연합전신마취적림상자료。결과복합마취상교우단순전마용약제량소，가감소환자궤체응격반응，예방호흡억제，단회강저혈압。결론복합마취가유효감소상복부수술응격반응，감소마취대순배계통적영향，강저수술풍험，치득림상응용화추엄。
Objective T o probe into the application of epidural block and general anesthesia to upper-abdom inal operation .Methods The clinical data of 88 cases undergoing upper-abdom inal operation w ith epidural block and general anesthesia from Feb.2008 to Feb. 2013 at our sanatorium w ere retrospectively analyzed .Results C om bined anesthesia used sm aller dosage of pharm acy than general anesthesia,so it could reduce stress reaction on the patient body,prevent respiratory depression,but it could low er blood pressure.Conclusion C om bined anesthesia can efficiently reduce stress reaction in upper-abdom inal operation,reduce the influence of anesthesia on circulatory system ,low-er surgical risks,w hich is w orth clinical application and prom otion .
