采集太原市周边县区4个规模场的牛血清样品400份,用虎红平板凝集试验(RBPT)、试管凝集试验(SAT)、iELISA进行抗体检测,比较三种检测方法的敏感性和特异性差异。结果表明三种方法检测结果一致率较高,但是RBPT和SAT均有较高的假阳性和假阴性,三种方法中iELISA的敏感性和特异性最好。结论是在布病检测时可选择操作简便的RBPT进行初筛,阳性结果用iELISA进行确诊。

400 bovine serum samples from Taiyuan were examined by Rose bengal plate Test(RBPT),standard tube agglutination test(SAT)and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),the sensibility and speciifcity of these methods were compared. The result showed that the concordance rate of the three methods was relatively high,but the false positive and false negative rate were relatively high with RBPT and SAT,the sensibility and speciifcity of the iELI-SA were the best. The conclusion was that the RBPT could be used in the ifeld screening,and the positive results should be further conifrmed by the iELISA.
