基于核动力主泵运行环境和性能退化机理,考虑自身振动和外部冲击对其性能退化的影响,建立了主泵冲击与退化相依竞争失效过程的可靠度模型。采用该模型计算了考虑性能退化的主泵在振动和外部冲击条件下的退化状态概率和可靠度,为基于使用环境的核动力主泵的多状态可靠性分析提供了一种有效的分析途径。分析结果可为设计变更和维修优化提供决策依据。
基于覈動力主泵運行環境和性能退化機理,攷慮自身振動和外部遲擊對其性能退化的影響,建立瞭主泵遲擊與退化相依競爭失效過程的可靠度模型。採用該模型計算瞭攷慮性能退化的主泵在振動和外部遲擊條件下的退化狀態概率和可靠度,為基于使用環境的覈動力主泵的多狀態可靠性分析提供瞭一種有效的分析途徑。分析結果可為設計變更和維脩優化提供決策依據。

By taking into account the effect of degradation due to internal vibration and external shocks , and based on service environment and degradation mechanism of nuclear power plant coolant pump ,a multi-state reliability model of coolant pump was proposed for the system that involves competitive failure process between shocks and degradation .Using this model ,degradation state probability and system reliability were obtained under the consideration of internal vibration and external shocks for the degraded coolant pump .It provided an effective method to reliability analysis for coolant pump in nuclear power plant based on operating environment .The results can provide a decision making basis for design changing and maintenance optimization .
