The paper analyses the general situation,differences in each dimension,relevant factors of independent study ability of junior middle school students in Helong City. Meanwhile,this paper forecasts relevant factors with independent study grades and puts forward teaching strategies to provide reference for junior middle school geography teaching of Helong City.
