高职院校学生就业主体性缺失主要表现在职业生涯规划意识淡薄、依赖心理及依赖行为突显、就业能力欠缺等。对学生就业主体性进行逻辑分析得出,应该关注学生的交往关系及所处环境,了解其就业主体性生成条件。通过全员化、全程化就业指导方式,为学生提供专业化指导,唤醒学生自身的内在力量,最终实现就业主体性生成。

The absence of employment subjectivity of Higher Vocational College Students mainly manifests in bad consciousness of career planning, evident psychological and behavior dependence and weak employment ability. The logic analysis of employ-ment subjectivity finds that the social relationship and the environment of the students should be concerned about so as to find out the generation conditions of employment subjectivity. The whole proceeding and whole-staff way of vocational instruction is used to provide professional instruction for students and arouse the internal power of the students, by which the employment subjectivity will be generated.
