采用文献分析和调研访谈相结合的方法,提出了影响跨国公司回任人员知识转移的因素,构建了跨国公司回任人员知识转移影响因素体系;后基于专家打分结果,运用Fuzzy-DEMATEL方法,借助Excel工具,分析了影响因素间的关联程度,探讨了因素间的因果关系,并据此识别出了关键性影响因素,最后根据分析结果提出了促进跨国公司回任人员知识转移的建议。
採用文獻分析和調研訪談相結閤的方法,提齣瞭影響跨國公司迴任人員知識轉移的因素,構建瞭跨國公司迴任人員知識轉移影響因素體繫;後基于專傢打分結果,運用Fuzzy-DEMATEL方法,藉助Excel工具,分析瞭影響因素間的關聯程度,探討瞭因素間的因果關繫,併據此識彆齣瞭關鍵性影響因素,最後根據分析結果提齣瞭促進跨國公司迴任人員知識轉移的建議。

Using literature analysis and interviewing , the influencing factors of repatriation people's knowledge transfer in Multinational Corporation are proposed, and the influencing factors system is established.Then, the Fuzzy-DEMATEL method is adopted, and the factors score are got by experts'evaluation, the correlation degree and the causal relationship between the influencing factors are analyzed and discussed with the help of the Excel tool.In the meanwhile, key influencing factors are identified.At last, several suggestions for promoting repatriation people's knowledge trans-fer in Multinational Corporation based on the analysis result are put forward .
