目的：分析研究社区帕金森患者的抑郁状态。方法选择2012年2月—2013年7月我社区共90例帕金森患者为研究对象，根据时间的先后顺序分为2组。对照组患者使用常规社区管理，实验组患者加强社会支持系统，观察比较2组患者的抑郁状态及严重程度。结果实验组患者社会支持评分高于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；实验组患者45例，发生抑郁3例，且抑郁评分低于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论社区帕金森患者的抑郁状态与社会支持有明显的关系。
목적：분석연구사구파금삼환자적억욱상태。방법선택2012년2월—2013년7월아사구공90례파금삼환자위연구대상，근거시간적선후순서분위2조。대조조환자사용상규사구관리，실험조환자가강사회지지계통，관찰비교2조환자적억욱상태급엄중정도。결과실험조환자사회지지평분고우대조조환자，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；실험조환자45례，발생억욱3례，차억욱평분저우대조조환자，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론사구파금삼환자적억욱상태여사회지지유명현적관계。
Objective To analyze and study the depression in community patients with Parkinson's disease. Methods A total of 90 cases of patients with Parkinson's disease in our community from February, 2012 to July, 2013 were selected as the subjects, and were divided into two groups according to the chronological order. The patients in the control group were given conventional com-munity management, while the patients in the experimental group were given strengthened social support system. The depression status and severity of two groups of patients were observed and compared. Results The social support scores of the patients in the experimental group were higher than those of the patients in the control group(P<0.05);of the 45 cases in the experimental group, there were 3 cases with depression, and the depression scores were lower than those of the patients in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The depressive state of community patients with Parkinson's disease is significantly related to social support.
