There exists much complexity of the collective behavior driven by individual rule , by analyzing the character of the system, the system is divided into a random system with Multi-Local-Worlds from time -scale, small time -scale and large time -scale, and space-scale, micro space-scale and macro space-scale , then a positive-experimental-analytic paradigm is introduced to research this system , then the details are specified.
