果蔬加工学是食品科学与工程专业重要的就业及创业平台专业课之一。探索该课程的课堂教学新方法,对于提高课堂教学质量及促进教学及专业培养目标的实现,具有重要意义。对果蔬加工学主体参与课堂教学方法进行探索实践,提出该教学方法的实施策略,并对该策略产生的课堂效果进行分析。

Fruit and vegetable processing course is one of the important platform courses for employment and entrepreneurship of food science and engineering specialty. Exploring new method of the course in classroom teaching is great significant to improve class teaching quality and promote the realization of teaching and professional training objectives. In this paper, the methods of main body participation in classroom teaching are explored, the implementation strategy of the teaching method is put forward, and the classroom effect that generated by the strategy is analyzed.
