用大量测试数据表明:50%液碱的质量分数检测结果受温度、样品质量以及称量误差等因素的影响。当温度为15~40℃时,温度对其浓度影响较小;但当50%液碱结晶时,对第二方实验室来说,结晶部分不易检测,晶体越多,液态部分的碱浓度越低,50%液碱浓度的变化越大。

The following conclusions were drawn from a large amount of test data .The mass fraction test results of 50 wt% caustic soda solution were influenced by temperature , unstable sample quality , weighing error , etc.The test results of 50 wt% caustic soda solution were less influenced by the temperature when the temperature ranged from 10 to 40 ℃.When the 50 wt% caustic soda solution crystallized , the part of crystal was not easy to test in the second party laboratory .The more the crystal , the lower the caustic soda concentration of the liquid part , and the larger the change of concentration of 50 wt%caustic soda solution .
