以油茶籽壳为原料,选择磷酸为活化剂,研究油茶籽壳活性炭的制备工艺。首先通过单因素试验确定液料比、炭化温度、活化温度、活化时间4个显著因素,再通过正交试验对油茶籽壳活性炭制备工艺进行优化。结果表明,选定活化剂磷酸的质量分数为60%,炭化时间为140 min时,制备油茶籽壳活性炭的最佳工艺条件是液料比3.0∶1,炭化温度200℃,活化温度550℃,活化时间60 min,活性炭产品的亚甲基蓝吸附值可达10.5 mL/0.1 g,碘吸附值为1461 mg/g,以上2个指标均达到木质净水用活性炭中的优级品要求。
以油茶籽殼為原料,選擇燐痠為活化劑,研究油茶籽殼活性炭的製備工藝。首先通過單因素試驗確定液料比、炭化溫度、活化溫度、活化時間4箇顯著因素,再通過正交試驗對油茶籽殼活性炭製備工藝進行優化。結果錶明,選定活化劑燐痠的質量分數為60%,炭化時間為140 min時,製備油茶籽殼活性炭的最佳工藝條件是液料比3.0∶1,炭化溫度200℃,活化溫度550℃,活化時間60 min,活性炭產品的亞甲基藍吸附值可達10.5 mL/0.1 g,碘吸附值為1461 mg/g,以上2箇指標均達到木質淨水用活性炭中的優級品要求。
이유다자각위원료,선택린산위활화제,연구유다자각활성탄적제비공예。수선통과단인소시험학정액료비、탄화온도、활화온도、활화시간4개현저인소,재통과정교시험대유다자각활성탄제비공예진행우화。결과표명,선정활화제린산적질량분수위60%,탄화시간위140 min시,제비유다자각활성탄적최가공예조건시액료비3.0∶1,탄화온도200℃,활화온도550℃,활화시간60 min,활성탄산품적아갑기람흡부치가체10.5 mL/0.1 g,전흡부치위1461 mg/g,이상2개지표균체도목질정수용활성탄중적우급품요구。
The camellia oleifera seed shells is used as raw material and the phosphoric acid is chosen as activator to research the preparation technology of activated carbon. First, through the singer factor experiments, liquid-solid ratio, carbonization temperature, activation temperature and activation time are identified as four significant factors. Finally, the preparation technology of activated carbon of camellia oleifera seed shells is optimized by the orthogonal test. Under such conditions as the concentration of activator 60%, carbonization time 140 min, the optimum process conditions are as follows: liquid-solid ratio 3.0∶1, carbonization temperature 200 ℃, activation temperature 550 ℃, activation time 60 min. The methylene cyanine adsorption value of the activated carbon product is 10.5 mL/0.1 g, and the iodine adsorption value of the activated carbon product is 1 461 mg/g. The above two indexes all achieve the requirement of premium grade of the water purification with wooden activated carbon.
