为了适应山区小曲线半径（R<300m）线路，结合工厂现有产品实际情况，研发了小半径曲线加宽型预应力混凝土轨枕。该轨枕应用后，发现减少了养护、维修工作量，降低了维修费用，有效解决了小曲线半径中的不良病害，具有较好的社会效益和经济效益。
為瞭適應山區小麯線半徑（R<300m）線路，結閤工廠現有產品實際情況，研髮瞭小半徑麯線加寬型預應力混凝土軌枕。該軌枕應用後，髮現減少瞭養護、維脩工作量，降低瞭維脩費用，有效解決瞭小麯線半徑中的不良病害，具有較好的社會效益和經濟效益。
위료괄응산구소곡선반경（R<300m）선로，결합공엄현유산품실제정황，연발료소반경곡선가관형예응력혼응토궤침。해궤침응용후，발현감소료양호、유수공작량，강저료유수비용，유효해결료소곡선반경중적불량병해，구유교호적사회효익화경제효익。
In order to adapt to the small curve radius (R < 300m) line in mountainous area, combined with the actual situation of existing products of factory, the prestressed concrete sleepers with small radius curve widening type are researched and developed. The application results of the sleepers indicate that it can reduce maintenance and repair workload and maintenance cost, and effectively solve the problems about adverse disease of small radius curve, which shows good social and economic benefits.
