基于C FD模拟技术,采用滑动网格模型对离心泵内流场进行了2-D求解,得出了离心泵内的速度分布图、速度矢量图以及不同时刻的总压力图。结果表明:离心泵内部流动非常复杂,叶轮内各流道压力分布、流速和流量差异明显,呈现出高度的不对称性。Fluent软件对离心泵内流场的模拟,能真实反映出泵内流道状况,为农用离心泵内叶轮的设计、改良提供理论基础。

Based on CFD simulation technique ,2-D solver was employed to simulate the flow field in centrifugal pump with sliding mesh .Velocity counters ,velocity vectors and pressure counters were abtained to reveal pres-sure distribution ,velocity field and flow rate in different runners .The results showed that the internal flow cen-trifugal pump was very complex ,and there was great asymmetry from each other ,the software of Fluent could vividly reveal the flow field in all the runners ,so as to design and improve agricultural centrifuge pump .
