以妥尔油酸和二乙醇胺为原料合成了妥尔油酸二乙醇酰胺防锈剂,探讨了原料量配比、反应温度、反应时间等对产品性质的影响。合成产品的最佳条件是:原料配比为1∶3,在隔绝空气的条件下,升温至160℃左右,反应时间5h。在此条件下合成产品,并配制溶液对其防锈性能及表面活性进行测定,实验结果表明,此产品具有良好的防锈性能,可作为金属加工液的添加剂材料。
以妥爾油痠和二乙醇胺為原料閤成瞭妥爾油痠二乙醇酰胺防鏽劑,探討瞭原料量配比、反應溫度、反應時間等對產品性質的影響。閤成產品的最佳條件是:原料配比為1∶3,在隔絕空氣的條件下,升溫至160℃左右,反應時間5h。在此條件下閤成產品,併配製溶液對其防鏽性能及錶麵活性進行測定,實驗結果錶明,此產品具有良好的防鏽性能,可作為金屬加工液的添加劑材料。

Applied tall oil acid and diethanolamine as raw materials,tall oil acid diethanolamide was prepared.The ratio of raw materials,reaction temperature and time that affected the product properties were investigated.The optimum synthetical conditions were:the materials ratio was 1∶3, airless, temperature was 160℃for 5h.The antirust performance and surface activity of the prod-uct were determined.The results were good and the product was fit for many machining process and many metal materials.
