通过改变硝酸胶溶剂的用量,采用挤条成型工艺制备了一系列ZSM-5分子筛催化剂。以甲醇制丙烯为模型反应,在450℃、0.1MPa、甲醇空速为1h-1的条件下,对催化剂性能进行评价。采用颗粒强度测试仪、X射线衍射(XRD)、氨气-程序升温脱附(NH3-TPD)等手段对其物理化学性质进行表征,结果表明,随成型过程中硝酸用量的增加,分子筛颗粒强度呈现先增大后减小的趋势,分子筛总酸量不断增加。
通過改變硝痠膠溶劑的用量,採用擠條成型工藝製備瞭一繫列ZSM-5分子篩催化劑。以甲醇製丙烯為模型反應,在450℃、0.1MPa、甲醇空速為1h-1的條件下,對催化劑性能進行評價。採用顆粒彊度測試儀、X射線衍射(XRD)、氨氣-程序升溫脫附(NH3-TPD)等手段對其物理化學性質進行錶徵,結果錶明,隨成型過程中硝痠用量的增加,分子篩顆粒彊度呈現先增大後減小的趨勢,分子篩總痠量不斷增加。

A series of ZSM-5 zeolite catalyst samples had been prepared with changing nitric acid dosage as peptizator using an extrusion molding method. Taking the methanol to propylene as a model reaction, at 450℃, 0.1MPa, 1h-1, the performances of the catalysts were evaluated. The zeolites were characterized by means of particle strength tests, X-ray diffraction spectrum (XRD) and temperature pro-grammed desorption (NH3-TPD). The results showed that with increasing nitric acid dosage, the mechanical strength of the zeolite catalyst increased at first and then decreased, the total acid of the zeolite catalyst were enhanced.
