目的：观察加味附子理中汤对慢性肾脏病（ CKD）患者血清纤维化指标及转化生长因子β1（ TGF-β1）表达的影响。方法将100例CKD患者随机分为2组。对照组50例予双嘧达莫片治疗，治疗组50例在对照组治疗基础上加用加味附子理中汤，2组均治疗3个月后观察血清纤维化指标及TGF-β1含量变化。同时选取健康体检者40人作为健康组。结果 CKD患者治疗前血清透明质酸（ HA ）、层黏连蛋白（LN）、Ⅳ型胶原（C-Ⅳ）及Ⅲ型前胶原（PC-Ⅲ）均较健康组明显升高（P＜0．05，P＜0．01）。治疗组治疗后血清HA、LN、C-Ⅳ及PC-Ⅲ均较本组治疗前及对照组治疗后下降（P＜0．05）。 CKD患者治疗前TGF-β1含量较健康组明显升高（P＜0．01）。2组治疗后TGF-β1含量均较本组治疗前下降（P＜0．01），且治疗组下降更明显（P＜0．05）。结论 CKD患者血清HA、LN、C-Ⅳ、PC-Ⅲ及TGF-β1含量明显下降，加味附子理中汤有抗纤维化、缓解病情的作用。

목적：관찰가미부자리중탕대만성신장병（ CKD）환자혈청섬유화지표급전화생장인자β1（ TGF-β1）표체적영향。방법장100례CKD환자수궤분위2조。대조조50례여쌍밀체막편치료，치료조50례재대조조치료기출상가용가미부자리중탕，2조균치료3개월후관찰혈청섬유화지표급TGF-β1함량변화。동시선취건강체검자40인작위건강조。결과 CKD환자치료전혈청투명질산（ HA ）、층점련단백（LN）、Ⅳ형효원（C-Ⅳ）급Ⅲ형전효원（PC-Ⅲ）균교건강조명현승고（P＜0．05，P＜0．01）。치료조치료후혈청HA、LN、C-Ⅳ급PC-Ⅲ균교본조치료전급대조조치료후하강（P＜0．05）。 CKD환자치료전TGF-β1함량교건강조명현승고（P＜0．01）。2조치료후TGF-β1함량균교본조치료전하강（P＜0．01），차치료조하강경명현（P＜0．05）。결론 CKD환자혈청HA、LN、C-Ⅳ、PC-Ⅲ급TGF-β1함량명현하강，가미부자리중탕유항섬유화、완해병정적작용。
Objective To investigate the effect of Fuzilizhong decoction on serum fibrosis markers and TGF-β1 in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD).Methods 100 cases with CKD (stage 1-3) were randomly divided into control group (n=50),which was treated by western medicine for 3 months and the treatment group (n=50),which was treated by western medicine and fuzilizhongtang decoction for 3 months (1 dose per day).The changes of serum fibrosis markers and TGF -β1 were observed .Results The contents of serum HA ,LN,C-Ⅳand PC-Ⅲin CKD patients were increased as compared with those in health group (P<0.05,P<0.01).The content of serum HA,LN,C-Ⅳand PC-Ⅲin the treatment groups were decreased as compared with those before treatment in treatment group and after treatment in control group ( P<0.05 ) .The content of TGF -β1 in CKD patients was in-creased as compared with that in health group (P<0.01).The content of TGF -β1 after treatment was decreased in two groups (P<0.01).Decrease in treatment group was obvious (P<0.05).Conclusion The content of serum HA,LN,C-Ⅳ,PC-Ⅲ and TGF-β1 in Chronic kidney disease patients were significantly decreased ,Fuzilizhong decoction has the effect of anti -fibrosis and improve the conditions of chronic kidney disease .
